Day One Update #1

Before I begin, let me just say that southern California is SO spoiled when it comes to weather. When we landed in Denver, it was eight degrees, and I don't even know how to describe a temperature like that. Wow. We got our rental car and headed to the hotel, checked in, and went to eat at the Ruby Tuesday's down the street. We've been to one in Vegas before, but it has been years since we've eaten there. In my opinion, the food was much better than the restaurant (Friday's) that it rips off. The current Burg count is at one for the trip. After lunch, we drove a couple miles down the road to the strip-mall that my dad owns part of (see: picture below). Right now we're in the room getting ready for the Avs game tonight. I can't wait to boo Blake!
